Leaking showers

Rotten or water damaged skirting next to the shower is a common sight there is a problem with the shower.

Caulking

Silicone around the shower base may deteriorate over time. It is common for mould to grow in the silicone or the silicone join may break letting water in under the tiles. It is advisable to monitor the silicone and cut it out and redo it if necessary.
