Door Re-Repair

This door had been repaired to a poor standard. New door, new latch and paint.

Digital Lock Installation

This digital lock was installed in place of the deadbolt and the deadbolt was moved below the handle set. This is a safer alternative to having a keysafe.

Spiral Balances

Spiral balances are a plastic tube with a spring that hold the windows open. They are sized specific to each window and need to be measured ordered ahead of time.

Sash Cord

These ropes are attached to a counter weight and hold the windows open. They often get painted, causing them to break over time. They can be replaced. It is advisable to replace sash cords before painting.

Door replacement

This door was broken around the lock. The door was replaced, colour matched and new mortice lock installed.

Door refurbishment

This old door was cracked in all its joins. It had been patched from hardware changes over the years and had been repaired in several spots. Joins were all filled, holes patched and new hardware cut in

The door was painted ready for installation.

Door frame repair

This door frame had been previously repaired with some aluminium by others. The door lock didn’t work properly.

To fix, the broken timber frame was cut out and repaired with timber. A new lock strike was installed, sanded and primed for the owner to paint (as requested).

Door Frame Repair

The dog got stuck in the room and scratched the door frame trying to get out. The architraves were repaired and painted to match.

Rotten door frame

Rot cut out an new timber spliced in. The exterior will be painted but the interior will remain clear. I was able to cut the rot out leaving the interior untouched so the grain of the timber will be continuous.
